When we created UpStart Collective, the thesis was simple. Give founders a space to thrive, but don’t get in their way! We are excited to have new members join every day and see how important it is to be able to lean on others who share in the founder's journey. We not only provide the space but also provide the vehicle by which lessons are learned through sharing resources, connections, and experiences. Our founders often work with each other to learn about the different challenges throughout the lifecycle of their business and share lessons learned.
The support and camaraderie found in such environments not only alleviate the isolation often experienced by founders but also create opportunities for valuable mentorship and partnerships.
